The apartment was modern and clean, with all the amenities needed for a relaxing Christmas vacation. We were pleasantly surprised to find free coffee capsules, sweets, and water provided for us. The location was a major plus, as it was situated in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore and enjoy all that Catania had to offer. The building also had good soundproofing, so despite being in a bustling area, once we closed the windows, we were able to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep.

One downside was the lack of communication with the front desk staff, as they did not speak English. However, we managed to get by with the help of Google Translate.

All was great with the apartment itself; very good location and food. Favourable location, very close to some of the must sees in Catania, like King, based minutes from the place. Moreover, there were a market and stores a few steps away. There was a great restaurant just walking distance from the property.

The location was ideal, with the convenience of a bus stop and metro station nearby, and everything we needed within walking distance. The staff, especially Maggy, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness throughout our stay. Their friendly and helpful nature truly made our experience special.

The only improvement that could be made is the breakfast selection. While the coffee and brioche provided at Café Spinella were tasty, it would have been nice to have more variety and options available.

Our apartment on the 1st floor overlooked the bustling main street but the noise was effectively blocked out by the soundproof windows. The cleanliness and condition of the apartment, furniture, and equipment were superb. The double beds were incredibly comfortable, especially the wide 180cm one. The well-equipped kitchen, although not extensively utilized, was a great perk. The nearby bar provided a fantastic breakfast, and we appreciated the coffee tabs and machine in the apartment. The attentive hosts made our stay truly enjoyable. a highly recommended place to stay!

The daily cleaning service was much appreciated, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast at nearby Pasticceria Spinella was a great start to the day, but I also loved the option to choose from other local cafes. RG7 apartments is a fantastic place to stay in Catania.
